Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Spendwise application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Spendwise is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to:

• • Track income and expenses
• • Create and manage budgets
• • Track lending and borrowing
• • View financial insights and reports
• • Export your financial data

Account Registration

To use Spendwise, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payments

Spendwise offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Premium subscription with unlimited access.

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• • Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.

User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. By using Spendwise, you grant us permission to store, process, and sync your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Spendwise is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• • Share your account credentials with others
• • Use automated systems to access the App

Data Storage and Sync

Spendwise stores data locally on your device and syncs it to secure cloud servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to regularly export your data as a backup.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Limitation of Liability

Spendwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
